Shipping

We proudly ship all orders from our Richmond, BC workshop. All of our products are made to order and typically fulfilled within 2-4 days depending on order volumes. We're a small (yet mighty) team of two and we aren't perfect, but we try our best to fulfill within these timelines. If we aren't going to be able to meet the aforementioned timelines, we'll let you know as soon as possible!

Standard Shipping Rates

*Please note USA and International orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP) / Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), and customs duties and sales taxes may apply. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred upon receiving your order. Please refer to your country's government website for information on customs duties and sales taxes.

For customers outside Canada and the US, while we aim to achieve the scale for flat rate shipping for you, we currently don't have the ability to ship to other international locations. Feel free to reach out to us at caronakeychain@outlook.com to let us know where you're from and give us a kick in the pants to get ourselves open to your market!

Returns

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us as caronakeychain@outlook.com, and we'll do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Warranty

We stand behind the products we make and source, and provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects on all shipped products for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
